The Prison Warden Fredrik Holm-Fredriksen is still hanging out outside Ingrids house, playing a game of dart in the rain...
..until he walks inside to use the toilet, making it both filthy and broken in the process...
..before deciding to run off the lot and head home to his own wife and daughter...
Ingrid wakes up from her sleep, thinking about diplomacy and international relations.. Ingrid is a good person, she has inherited that trait from her grandmother Lucie, and so she wants to be a Leader of the Free World, where every nation and every person can live in peace and tranquility...
Ingrid has to use the toilet as soon as she gets up, and isn't very happy about it being both broken and filthy..
She goes for a bath, and isn't to lucky about that either, so she sees it fit to call for someone to do some repairs... a fine young woman like her is not going to the dirty work herself. ;)
While waiting for the repair person, it is time for her favorite meal, pancakes.. and well, speaking of dirty work... it is clear that Ingrid is still fresh with living away from home.. I guess she still hasn't learnt that mom won't be there to clean up after her. ;) The foul looking kitchen makes Ingrid wish to hire a butler...
The repair man fixes the bath tub, and is even kind enough to do the dishes for her, however, Ingrid seems to be a bit lost in thought, contemplating the surroundings...
Ingrid already wants to learn charisma, and now gets another wish to take a course in charisma, so she heads out the door and drives to the town hall to attend one.
Things are going according to plan at the towns construction site. The top floor is now finished, and now it is only the outer walls and the outside area that needs the final touch, before the new building can officially open. ;)
While Ingrid attends her charisma course, I shift the camera to the nearby park to see if there is anything going on. There is Hank Wan, Karoline Longva and Chistopher Steele in an apple eating contest. Morgana Wolf is standing to the left with her back facing the camera. The woman in the orange shirt is Gina Longva, Karolines mother. I forgot to take note who the person in the military uniform is.. he's in camouflage so I didn't see him at first! :P
In the back is Silje Wennewold, a resident of the Vaddelmyra Trailer Park in the New Town Area, that has just discovered a lizard.
Ingrid finishes her course and goes outside to read a book, when her grandparents Egil and Frida decided to pay the town hall a visit.
Egil enters the town hall to do some lobbying to lower taxes for the rich, while Frida stays outside to talk about the weather with Madison van Watson.
Then Frida decides to read a book as well, being a bookworm is a trait that runs in Ingrids family, on both sides... Lisa Bunch also decides to visit the town hall, and immediately starts booing at Frida. I don't know what Frida has done to be disliked by Lisa, but Lisa and Ingrid are very good friends. Lisa is also her colleague at the town hall.
Frida must have done something, because even Ingrid is thinking bad thoughts about her grandmother... Egil just exited the town hall, probably done with his lobbying.. Frida is discussing the latest books with Aisha Hillestad.
Lisa walks over to Ingrid to talk, and Ingrid asks her to throw ball. Frida walks over to her husband to give him a bouquet of flowers.
Lisa and Ingrid walks behind the town hall to throw ball for a while.
At the front of the town hall, Egil has began to flirt with Aisha and wants to hold her hands, but Aisha thinks that's inappropriate and thinks he should hald hands with his wife instead....
Ingrid and Lisa has stopped throwing ball, but Ingrid keeps repeatedly asking Lisa for more ball throwing and Lisa repeatedly responds that it would be very fun.. another time...
Ingrid keeps on asking until it gets dark, but eventually gives up and they take a selfie instead. :P
Well, Ingrid just had to ask Lisa one more time to throw ball, before she started to feel cold and put on her outerwear. Lisa said she was hungry and went home, and Ingrid decided to give her aunt Helene a call. She has had a wish to become best friends with her aunt now for some time.
She talks for a while about donating money to science and making fun of her dad's obsession with jellyfish, before her wish is granted.
Putting on her outerwear didn't help to much, and Ingrid still feels cold, so she runs towards the Amundsen & co. Cartoon store and nerd hangout across the street to heat up.
Inside she engages in a conversation with a paparazzi, Tone Mo, and learn that they both share the genius trait.
Iselin Reppe, the mother of Inge Reppe, is also there, doing the university slogan dance thing with Thornton Wolf. Iselin is very proud of her daughter attending university. ;)
Ingrid wants to brighten Tones day, when a couple that also lives in the Vaddelmyra trailer park enters the store. The couple is Elfrid and Marius Osnes. Marius Osnes is the rookie police officer that took part in solving the human trafficking case under the lead of retired police officer Eirin Motorsen.
Ingrid eventually heats up, but... atchoo! Sneeze! Oops, looks like the cool temperatures have made Ingrid catch a cold..
Then Ingrid does something I disapprove of.. she walks through a side door and up the stairs to a lawyers office that also have their business in the building..
Guess someone there was working overtime and forgot to close the door before they left... that door should have been locked... which is why I disapprove, she wasn't supposed to be able to do this. ;) I actually cancelled her action of going up there, but she started it all over again and did it anyway... she is a determined young woman! :P
So I let her do it.. she went to a bookshelf and sat down on a couch in the offices reception area to read an introductory book in Law for Politicians; How To Bend the Rules to your Advantage and Maintain Public Opinion....
Right.. well, I hope you learned something useful.... I suppose she will use her knowledge for the greater good, since she is, well, a good person like both her dad and her grandma. Know the tricks of your opposition so that you know when they're up to no good and you won't be deceived...
Atleast she knows the book isn't hers, and puts it back where it belongs before going down the stairs and heading back home for the night...
Once home she admires her own reflection in the hallway mirror as she walks by to her bedroom...
Maybe just having the mirror out in the hallway isn't so bad after all..
Admiring her own reflection makes her feel like a winner before going to bed.

Puttting this part below, a part that was put on top of the post when it was first made on the forums to explain who Ingrid was. Since everything there was put in the same thread and not in seperate blogs like here, it would sometimes mean there would be several posts in a row without mentioning a specific sim, and so I would feel the need to do things like this as a reminder.. but here, you won't need the reminder. ;)
Putting Ingrid into a context: Who is Ingrid?
Ingrid is the third generation sim of the Kråkesen/Karlsen family, and the daughter of Kathrine and Jonathan Kråke-Karlsen (sitting on the bench behind her. I didn't find space to put their names on there.) She has one brother, Morten, sitting to the right. She is best friends with her brother.
The Kråkesen side of the family is on the left, and the Karlsen side on the right, except for a couple of mistakes. Kleopatra and Walter all to the left, should have switched places with Bjørn-Yngve on the right... this is why you don't try to take family photos when you yourself are feeling a bit tired... :P Sorry about that mistake.. :P
Kleopatra, Walter, Anton and Bjørn-Yngve are her cousins.
Date of birth: February 18th 2002 (20 years old).
Personality traits: Bookworm, Good, Genius, Snob, Schmoozer, Nurturing.
(Yes, something happened in my game that gave every other sim 6 personality traits instead of 5. I'm not sure what caused it, because I bought and installed many expansion packs at the same time. All traits but the nurturing trait are inherited from her parents or grandparents.)
